📌 Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to handle resale residential properties in Central Noida and Greater Noida West. The role involves generating leads, meeting clients, showing properties, and closing deals.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Handle resale residential property sales (apartments & flats)
Attend client meetings and understand buyer requirements
Arrange property visits and provide accurate property details
Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers
Maintain strong client relationships
Update daily sales report and client data
Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for closure

✅ Requirements
Experience in real estate sales preferred (2–5 years)
Good communication skills (Hindi must, English preferred)
Must have a convincing personality
Ability to work with targets
Two-wheeler preferred
Knowledge of Noida & Greater Noida West market is a plus
